1. Choose the Right Shipping Channel to Avoid Risks!

If your parcel contains sensitive items, please select the sensitive items channel.
Selecting the wrong channel may result in confiscation, return, fines, or seizure.
The company is not liable for such cases, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Re-routing Normal Channel to the Sensitive Channel

If a parcel has been shipped via the normal items channel but needs to be redirected to the sensitive items channel, an additional shipping fee difference plus an 7 handling charge will apply.

3. Shipping Timeframe Reminder

Uncontrollable factors (e.g. customs inspections, weather conditions) may affect shipping time. Please be aware of potential delays.

4. Warehouse Storage Rules

Each waybill is entitled to days of free storage.
After the free period, a storage fee of per day per waybill will apply until shipping fees are settled.
If payment is not made within days, the parcel will be considered abandoned and disposed of accordingly.

5. Cash On Delivery Service (Delivery to China Warehouse)

Calculation formula: (Cash On Delivery amount ÷ Exchange rate) + 2 handling fee.
Important: Before the items arrive, please contact customer service and provide the waybill & cash on delivery amount.

6. Local Delivery Guidelines

Delivery is only to the ground floor; upstairs delivery is not provided.
For oversized or heavy parcels, please prepare your own forklift and manpower. The driver may assist with unloading.
If upstairs delivery is required, please negotiate additional charges with the driver.

7. Parcel Modifications

Only applicable to unpaid parcels. Customers may contact support to modify the delivery address or parcel details.
Processing time: 2-3 working days.
Modification fee: 3 per request.

8. Shipping Insurance (Covers Loss Only, Not Damage)

Insurance fee = Declared value × 4%.
Example: For items valued at 500, the insurance fee is 20.

9. Compensation for Uninsured Parcels

Compensation applies only to lost parcels and does not cover damage.
Maximum compensation: 3× shipping fee OR declared item value (whichever is lower).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

10. Fragile Items Packaging Reminder

Ensure the seller properly packs fragile items (wooden crates or bubble wrap recommended).
The company is not liable for damage due to inadequate packaging.
