2. How to Request After-Sales Service?

To safeguard your interests, we recommend recording a video of the unboxing process, ensuring the shipping label on the parcel is clearly captured.
If any issues are found, please contact customer service within 3 days of delivery (based on the courier's delivered confirmation). We will assist you in raising a dispute with the seller.
When submitting your request, please provide a detailed description of the issue along with the following evidence:
1. Photos of the parcel
2. Photos of the shipping label
3. Photos of the product(s)

3. Specific Evidence Required for After-Sales Requests

Damaged products or visible stains: Please provide clear photos of the damaged or stained areas.
Incorrect product size: Include a photo of the product's size label (if the product does not have a size label, verification will not be possible).
Missing items or mismatched styles: Provide photos showing all the items within the parcel.
Product quality issues: Record a video demonstrating the product in use.

Please keep all related photos and videos in good condition to ensure the smooth processing of your after-sales request.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed based on the compensation amount provided by the seller. The refund process typically takes 7–14 working days, and the amount will be credited to your wallet upon successful completion.

6. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are permitted only if the seller has not yet processed the order. Upon successful cancellation, the amount will be credited to your wallet.
