To Ensure Smooth Transportation and Protect Your Rights, Please Read the Following Information Carefully and Adhere to the Relevant Regulations:

1. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being transported via air or sea freight:
  1. Contraband: e.g. drugs, weapons, ammunition, explosives, etc.
  2. Hazardous Materials: e.g. chemicals, toxic substances, flammable and explosive items, etc.
  3. Illegal Publications: e.g. obscene, violent, subversive content or illegal religious materials.
  4. Unlicensed Pharmaceuticals and Medical Supplies: e.g. unauthorised medications, syringes, and supplements containing banned substances.
  5. Animals, Plants, and Derivatives: e.g. animals, plants, seeds, soil, fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, etc.
  6. Currency and Securities: e.g. cash, cheques, bank drafts, etc.
  7. Tobacco Products: e.g. cigarettes, cigars, tobacco.
  8. Alcoholic Products: e.g. perfumes, alcohol wipes, spirits, wine, beer, etc.
  9. E-cigarettes and Related Products: e.g. vape devices and liquids.
  10. Items Resembling Drugs: e.g. any white powders, crystals, or paste-like substances.
  11. Gases: e.g. aerosol sprays, oxygen cylinders, etc.
  12. Imitation Weapons: e.g. toy guns.

2. Sensitive Items

The following items are considered sensitive and require special handling for transportation. Failure to declare them properly may result in delays or additional charges:
Air Freight Sensitive Items:
  1. Electronics: e.g. items containing batteries or motors (e.g. electric toys, watches, keyboards).
  2. Liquids, Powders, and Creams: e.g. skincare products, hand sanitiser, toothpaste, beverages.
  3. Food Items: e.g. tea leaves, dried fruits, seasonings, supplements.
  4. Sharp Objects: e.g. knives, scissors, tools.
  5. Medical Supplies: e.g. medicines, face masks, protective clothing, test kits.
  6. Branded Goods: e.g. items bearing brands such as Hello Kitty, Disney, Nike, or counterfeit goods.
  7. Adult Products: e.g. contraceptives, intimate items.
  8. Jewellery and Accessories: e.g. crystals, silver jewellery, bracelets, necklaces.
  9. Magnetic Items: e.g. speakers, hard drives, CDs, DVDs, headphones.
Sea Freight Special Sensitive Items
Special sensitive items such as electric bikes, beach buggies, motorcycles, and toilets will incur additional sensitive item fees (charged per item).
Note: Failure to declare sensitive items properly may result in delays or additional fees. Sending prohibited items will result in penalties or legal liabilities. All consequences will be borne solely by the customer.
