We act solely as an intermediary for purchasing and transportation and are not responsible for the quality, functionality, or suitability of the products.
3. User Obligations
Users must provide accurate, truthful, and complete purchasing and delivery information.
Users must not use our services for any activities that contravene Malaysian laws.
Users are responsible for any additional fees or liabilities arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided.
Users are responsible for securing their accounts and must not transfer or authorise others to use their accounts.
4. Customs and Taxes
We will assist users in complying with Malaysian customs regulations and requirements.
We are not responsible for clearance failures caused by false or incorrect information provided by users.
5. Restrictions on Service Use
Users must not use our services for unlawful activities or activities that infringe upon third-party rights.
The transportation of prohibited items, including but not limited to hazardous or illegal goods, is strictly forbidden.
6. Intellectual Property
We own all intellectual property rights to the service content, website design, and related materials.
Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or reproducing any content provided by us without authorisation.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages caused by third parties (e.g., suppliers, logistics providers).
We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, governmental actions).
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting users’ personal information in compliance with Malaysian laws.
Users consent to the collection and use of necessary personal information for service provision.
Except as required by law, we will not disclose user information to unauthorised third parties.
9. Service Interruptions and Modifications
