If you prefer placing orders yourself on platforms like Taobao, 1688, or Pinduoduo and just need help shipping them back to Malaysia — 2b2u is here for you!

Step 1: Send your parcels to our China warehouse

When checking out, enter our China warehouse address as your shipping address.

Make sure to include your unique code in the receiver's name so we can identify your parcels.

Step 2: Add your waybill

Once your seller ships out, log into your account and add a waybill so we can track it at the warehouse.

Step 3: Create a parcel for shipment

Once your items arrive at the warehouse and are weighed, you can combine multiple waybills into one shipment to save on shipping costs.

Step 4: Choose a forwarding service

Enter your delivery and billing address.

Enter parcel information and select the service.

Step 5: Pay for international shipping

We support balance payment, FPX bank transfer, e-wallets, or manual bank transfers.

Step 6: Wait for your parcel to be delivered

You can track your parcel status anytime from the “My Parcels” page.
