Purchase Guide
Whether you’re new to sourcing from China or just starting your cross-border buying journey, this step-by-step guide will help you get started easily.
Step 1: Find the item you want to buy
Enter keywords in the search bar, paste a 1688 product link, or use image search.
Step 2: Select product specifications
On the product detail page, select specifications like colour, size, and quantity, then add to cart. Some products require a minimum order quantity.
Step 3: Check out your cart
Tick the items you wish to purchase and proceed to check out.
Step 4: Submit your order
Choose your receiving state and preferred shipping method.
Select how to handle out-of-stock items (cancel, wait, or replace).
Step 5: Make payment
Payment methods: account balance, FPX online banking, e-wallet, or manual bank transfer.
Step 6: Wait for your items to arrive at warehouse
Track your order status and shipping updates in the order details.
Step 7: Create parcel for shipping
Once items arrive at our warehouse and are weighed, you can consolidate multiple waybills into one parcel.
Step 8: Choose a forwarding service
Enter your delivery and billing address.
Enter parcel information and select the service.
Step 9: Pay for international shipping
Use your preferred method again: balance, FPX, e-wallet, or manual transfer.
Step 10: Wait for delivery
Track your parcel in “My Parcel” and stay updated on its delivery status.
