To safeguard users’ rights and clarify mutual responsibilities, please read the following terms carefully before using the services provided by () (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”). By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Nature of Service

We are a purchasing and forwarding service provider, assisting customers in procuring products from overseas e-commerce platforms (such as 1688) and arranging shipment to Malaysia;
We are not the seller of the products. We do not participate in the production, sale, or after-sales service of any items and therefore bear no responsibility for product quality, authenticity, or user experience.

2. Purchasing Service Terms

We shall not be liable for incorrect purchases resulting from the user’s failure to specify product details (such as size, colour, or style);
We shall not be held responsible for issues such as missed promotional periods, stock unavailability, or seller price changes;
If products arrive damaged, incorrect, with colour discrepancies, or with missing items, we do not offer returns or exchanges as we are not the seller. We may assist in communication with the seller, but we do not guarantee any outcome;
Should the user wish to return or exchange goods, all related costs (including international return postage and customs clearance fees) shall be borne by the user.

3. Shipping Terms

All delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery deadlines. We shall not be liable for delays caused by uncontrollable factors such as flight delays, customs inspections, courier backlog, or public holidays;
We are not responsible for any damage, compression, contamination, delays, return shipments, or customs fines incurred during transportation;
Sensitive items (e.g. counterfeit branded goods, cosmetics, food, powders, medicines, etc.) must be truthfully declared and sent via the appropriate shipping channels. If a user opts for normal channel shipping for such items and they are seized, destroyed, fined, or subject to legal consequences, the user shall bear full responsibility;
Lost parcels will be handled in accordance with our compensation policy.

4. Warehousing Terms

We provide 90 days of storage. Parcels not shipped out after this period shall be deemed abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of such parcels without further notice or compensation;
In the event of a lost parcel after being received into our warehouse, users must provide complete courier proof of delivery and order details. Upon verification, compensation will be provided based on the declared value.

5. User Responsibilities and Commitments

Users must accurately declare the type and value of items, and ensure that shipments do not violate the laws or regulations of Malaysia or the exporting country;
All purchasing and shipping fees must be paid in full. We reserve the right to withhold parcels until all outstanding payments are settled;
By using our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms stated in this disclaimer and shall not dispute them in the future.
We reserve the right to interpret, amend, or update this disclaimer at our sole discretion. While we are committed to safeguarding our users’ interests, we shall not be held liable for actions or events beyond our control caused by third parties. Thank you for your understanding.
